The Stanford Foundation (UK) Limited

The Stanford Foundation (UK) Limited was (i) incorporated on 21 October 2022 and (ii) registered with the Charities Commission on 2 October 2023 in the United Kingdom as a dual qualified entity (the “Stanford Foundation.”) It provides a vehicle for United Kingdom and United Kingdom/United States dual residents to make charitable contributions, which includes contributions to Stanford.

Relationship to Stanford

Stanford University is the sole member of The Stanford Foundation as well as its beneficiary.

Stanford Programs Supported

The Stanford Foundation is administered through Stanford's Office of Development (OOD).

Governance

The Stanford Foundation is administered by a Board of Trustees who are appointed by Stanford University.
